About the Artist

Brianna Vaughan 

Bri is a 22-year-old artist from Houston, Texas, currently completing her bachelor’s degree at Texas Christian University, where she will graduate in 2026. Alongside her studies, she is preparing to pursue a master’s in clinical psychology, a path that deeply informs the emotional and introspective nature of her work.

Her paintings explore themes of feminist identity, persistent memory, and inexplicable emotion, often blurring the line between self-reflection and psychological inquiry. Many of her works take the form of self-portraits, serving as both visual diaries and explorations of internal states that resist easy explanation.

Many of her pieces are self-portraits, but not always in the traditional sense. They’re reflections of how she experiences the world — never quiet, always messy, and definitely personal.
